This Christmas Calendar contains highlights of this year’s harvest season, selected by our roastery team in Copenhagen.

La Divina Providencia

Roberto Ulloa is one of the most genuine, driven and passionate people we have come across on our coffee travels. This is the first year we’ve been able to purchase Geisha from Roberto, a welcome expansion of our relationship.

Home in Heven

We are delighted to present our collaboration with Home in Heven, founded by Peter Dupont and Breanna Box. We admire the artistic and dramatic flair of Peter and Breanna’s work, and have combined our universes with a line of handblown glassware.

Chamulapita

With the seasons change, we are also excited to present our new cacao Chamulapita from Mexico, from the Chiapas region where we have also sourced coffees the last couple of seasons. The 70% Criollo cacao showcases bright strawberry and sea buckthorn, both available as chocolate and ground for making hot chocolate.

In our North American roastery in New York, the focus is on our approach to coffee. Here in Bushwick, we reflect small details from our other locations, while allowing a transparent look into our roastery production.

With Equilibrium we showcase both ends of the scale, balancing wild with delicate, sweetness with acidity, floral with rich. A bundle of two widely different coffees that are in season.

Our High Volume subscription is well-suited for espresso, both in coffee choice and volume. A subscription service, aimed at the high-volume home user.

Seasonal coffees are individually dosed, ground, and sealed in nitrogen-flushed ready-to-brew bags, maintaining the clear aromatic character of freshly ground coffee for over a year after roasting.
