This month we are exploring coffees from Nariño; one of our favourite regions in Colombia. Coffee has been grown here by indigenous groups for hundreds of years, and these groups still form the backbone of Nariño’s coffee growing community.
Nariño
Like many remote Andean communities, local cultures have been left relatively undisturbed, preserved in the mountains. This translates into coffee growing in Nariño today, a balance between tradition and modernity.
Alto Naranjal
Alto Naranjal is more traditional, with notes of bright citrus, alongside a crisp balance between red berry acidity and deep dried fruit sweetness.
La Mina
The honey process of La Mina leads to a bright and complex profile, with notes of tropical mango.

Last month's coffees
Last month’s subscription was one we look forward to every year, where we showcase the work of one of our closest partners, Café Granja La Esperanza.
This year, we were able to share highlights from Café Granja’s Finca Potosí, coffees that have become a beloved part of our lineup over the years. The washed Pink Bourbon is now available for everyone, showcasing the clear character of the varietal, with soft florals followed by ripe tropical fruit and citrus in the cup.
