This month we are sharing our first subscription focussing on Peru. Peru has a rich history in coffee growing, the smallholder population here has been committed and resourceful in the face of great adversity.
Peru
The cooperative structure has led to a rebuilding of the coffee industry over the past decade; we feel that Peru is now one of the most exciting coffee growing countries in the world.
Querocoto
This month’s first coffee is produced by smallholder members of the Rutas del Inca cooperative, focussing on high altitude farms surrounding the town of Querocoto. This lot is bright and sweet, with notes of apricot and orange, with a deep raisin sweetness.
José Guevara
José Guevara is a member of the Aromas del Valle cooperative; his washed Typica is floral, dense and complex, with notes of aromatic citrus and dense blackberry jam.

Last month's coffees
Last month we shared two examples of the fast moving coffee growing community of Huila.
We helped curate the first coffee from the Monkaaba project in San Agustín, Huila, by combining several small lots of high-quality Pink Bourbon. The second coffee was a returning favorite, also a Pink Bourbon, from Luis Edgar Camacho.

Your coffee subscription renews automatically each month. Prepaid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period. You can easily reschedule shipments or cancel from your account.
