Returns and Exchanges
You can cancel any online order by notifying us via the online chat within 14 days of delivery. Please return items in brand new, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order as per your requirements.
Return shipment costs within Continental United States is $10. This amount will be deducted from your refund once we receive your return shipment.
Please note that original order shipping charges, if any, are not refundable.
This policy applies solely to private customers.
Special holiday return policy
Items ordered between November 1st and December 31st may be returned for a full refund through January 31st, subject to the regular provisions of this Returns Policy.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We offer a 1-year warranty.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as coffee) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Follow these steps to return an item
1. Contact us via the online chat and provide the following information:
- Order number
- Email address
- Details of the product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
2. We will respond within 3 days with return instructions and a return label.
3. Send your return within 14 days of receiving your return label. Pack the items safely and include a note with your order number inside the parcel. The shipment remains your responsibility until it is received by us.
4. We will process your return promptly, and refunds are processed within 10 calendar days of receiving your return.
