This month, we’re excited to share two contrasting lots from Guatemala, illustrating the variance of profiles we find here. Huehuetenango is a beautiful and isolated region in the north of Guatemala, next to the border with Mexico, while Fraijanes is much closer to Guatemala City, and is home to larger farms and a wholly different micro-climate.
