Our drive and curiosity has led us to hone our skills and build our knowledge for over a decade. One of the most rewarding parts of what we do is sharing what we have learned. We offer coffee courses and baking workshops in Aarhus and Copenhagen: a chance to slow down, meet face to face, and explore coffee and baking craft together. Whether you're looking to develop your home barista skills, improve your pour over technique, learning the fundamentals of espresso, or spending an evening baking sourdough from scratch, everything is taught by the people who do it every day.

Espresso Course

This event is focussed on improving your espresso brewing at home as well as steaming creamy milk for espresso based milk drinks. Coffee Schools provide us with an opportunity to take a break from the busy café environment together, taking an evening to talk about coffee, and leaving you better prepared to get the most out of your coffee experience at home.
