In this month’s delivery
This month’s subscription is our first release of the season from Honduras, with lots from Erin Moreno and Fredy Sabillon. Both lots are of the Parainema varietal, which shows its versatility and quality here with two rather different cup profiles.

The first coffee is a returning favourite from Erin Moreno, a complex and fresh washed Parainema.
Fredy Sabillon
The second coffee this month is from Fredy Sabillon. Fredy’s honey Parainema has a rich and deep fruit profile in the cup.
