In this month’s delivery
This month we’re welcoming some fresh releases from the Santa Barbara region of Honduras. Both of this month’s coffees were produced by the Sagastume family, one native Honduran Parainema varietal, and one Pacas, a varietal originating from neighbouring El Salvador.
Sagastume Washed Parainema
The Parainema has a fresh and bright profile with aromatic citrus and crisp redcurrant notes.
Sagastume Washed Pacas
The Pacas has notes of blackberry and rhubarb, balanced by a deep finish of hazelnut and milk chocolate.
