V60 Dripper - Switch

About

Hario V60 Switch is a hybrid brewer combining pour over and immersion. By closing the valve at the base, a steel ball mechanism holds the water with the coffee during extraction before releasing it through the filter, allowing control over brew time.

This combination creates a cup with both body and clarity. Grind size, pouring technique, and steep time can be adjusted to shape the result.

Used across our cafés, the Switch supports a consistent and controlled brewing process and can be applied in the same way at home.
