Profiles
Our Profiles are constants, built from rotating lots of different origins, harvests, and producers. Sometimes a blend, sometimes a single lot, but always selected to hold the same character, cup after cup.
Terra leans into soft chocolate, depth, and body, while Luna leans into aromatic fruit, brightness, and clarity. As harvests come and go, our roasters cup, adjust, and reassemble, but the profile stays familiar.
A Profiles subscription is built on that same idea: a recognisable taste you can return to, with coffee delivered regularly to your home at a price suited to everyday drinking.
Terra
Terra is a comforting cup, a familiar experience. Terra is well suited for a comfortable filter brew, a sweet and round espresso, or a variety of espresso and milk drinks, with chocolate notes, great sweetness and soft ripe fruit character.
Terra consists of Semente from Brazil and Finca Santa Rosa from El Salvador.
Luna
Luna is a brighter take, the direct reflection and contrast of Terra. Luna is well suited for a juicier filter brew, a brighter espresso, or smaller espresso and milk drinks, with more fresh fruit, more acidity, but still a deep sweetness and integrated structure.
Luna consists of Tunsisa from Ethiopia and La Roca from Costa Rica.

You can switch between the two Profiles or choose a mix with one of each in the subscription portal, to find what suits you best.
Your coffee subscription renews automatically each month. Prepaid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period. You can easily reschedule shipments or cancel from your account.
