Salle Climatisée
Sami, our long term partner at Café Olive in Québec, recently hosted a unique tasting event at Montréal's Salle Climatisée. Sami curated an experience centred around our distinct seasonal coffee offerings, paired with a selection of cakes and pastries crafted specially for the event by the talented Salle Climatisée team.
We elected to feature limited coffees - Elida Natural, Sagastume Geisha, and La Papaya Oak Barrel - sharing stories about their origins and what makes each one special, all brewed carefully by Sami alongside Esben, Ian and Liz from our team. The event encouraged casual conversation and connections over stories and shared taste experiences.
At La Cabra, we deeply value our friendship with Sami and appreciate the opportunities this collaboration brings. Working with someone as dedicated as Sami enriches our journey, cementing our commitment to sharing exceptional coffee experiences.
