
How to use
Filter the water with a ZeroWater filter.
Shake the bottle of Mineral Drops thoroughly before use and add 2 to 3 drops of Mineral Drops pr. 100 ml to the distilled water.
The water should ideally have a value of 50 ppm.

Water for your coffee
The balance and level of the water’s mineral content has a huge impact on what we are able to extract from the coffee. Therefore, we speak highly of the importance of filtered water, when brewing transparent and delicious coffee. Especially in Denmark, and other hard water areas, the delicate, clean and juicy character of the finest coffees can be completely destroyed by brewing with high mineral content tap water.
Balancing the mineral content is nearly as important as the brewing method. Based on our experience, you’ll have the best experience using mineral water of a soft Total Dissolved Solids value at 50 ppm.
